We recently set up net new conversion events in HubSpot and are having isssues with the event syncing to Google Ads. We set up three events based on form submission. One syncs fine, but the other two are not syncing at all. We've deleted the events out of HubSpot and Google Ads and recreated the events in HubSpot with the same result.
Worth noting: The conversion event form properly syncing lives on our primary domain and is a simple embed. The two that are not syncing live on subdomains and the associated forms are sent via forms api.
I've ensured tracking is in place across our site and subdomains. We aren't using a Google Ads Manager account or MCC.
Has anyone else experienced this before or have any thoughts as to what could be blocking the conversion event from syncing to Google Ads?
If you think that this does not apply to your case, can you share one Contact that should have synced with your event and it was not? Make sure to mention which Event you were expecting the contact to sync so we can take a closer look. The more information, screenshots, and details you can provide, the better I can advise on the next steps.
