Facebook Messaging Ads - How to track conversions?

Hi Guys,

I have Facebook Advertisements running with the objective to create new messaging conversations. When I look into the Facebook messenger I can see exactly which conversation has started from the Facebook Ad. Is it possible to see this info in the Hubspot inbox as well? I want to measure the conversion from inbox request to customer, but not sure how to do this.

Any help is appreciated.

Would you mind giving us some more information on this - could you send a screenshot of what you are talking about? (without having to send the conversation itself of course!)

Are you talking about the inbox in Conversations > Inbox?

Hi Tiphaine,

Thanks for getting back to me. So if I go into my messenger inbox on Facebook I can directly see which conversations got started from a messenger ad. See the screenshot below:

I want to get this data into hubspot so we can measure the conversion succes rate from the ads.
