Facebook Lead Sync error (in one page only, I have a few that are ok)

It was working just fine until Nov 2º,2019. Suddently stoped sync.

Tried everything to solve this error. I have all permissions required on facebook.

All others my custumers accounts on HubSpot are working fine. This is the only one with error.

Obs: I have read lots of issues here, but none solved it. I have been using it for 2 years, not a begginer, but I don't lnow everything, for sure. Can anyone help me, please? Thanks in advaced! . 🙏

Thank you for the information provided. I am wondering if you still having this issue? If so, could you please check this documentation? Also could you please try to reconnect your Facebook account?

Hi,

 

When I first joined Hubstop, I began by running an add & my facebook business page + pixel worked. A few days ago, it says that the account are inactive? On facebook, both the business account & pixel are active.

 

Help.
