There were a few occasional processing errors with publishing lead ads to Facebook last year, which have been resolved. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you, and please let us know if any of these issues persist in your account. Please note that if you're experiencing an issue with creating Facebook lead ads in HubSpot, the lead ad can be created in Facebook instead while we work on a solution, and it will still be fully tracked by your HubSpot Ads tool.

How to reverse the process and start again because you have leads from other pages migrating to this account. I need to adjust this urgently.

Are you still experiencing this issue? Can you please confirm whether you are seeing this issue across browsers, in an incognito window, and after clearing your cache? Additionally, can you please confirm whether other users are experiencing this issue? 

The more information, screenshots, and specifics you can provide, the better we can advise on next steps.
