Can you please provide additional information? Does this issue persist across multiple browsers, in an incognito window, and after clearing your cache? Are you logged into Facebook? Are multiple users experiencing this issue, or just one? 

Any additional information you can share would be greatly appreciated!

solved it with Facebook support. They responded immediately.

You responded after one week. I understand that this is a community not a help desk.

Nevertheless. I will not upgrade to a paying service of Hubspot until I experience some true, fast, efficient support.
