Contact tracking errors with duplicated ads - Meta & LinkedIn

Is anyone else having problems with Contact Tracking Errors for any ads duplicated in Meta or LinkedIn?
It's driving me crazy. My normal process, when I'm testing multiple image or video variations, is to make the first ad, then duplicate it and swap the image to the new one.
This used to work fine with Hubspot tracking, provided I just removed any previous URL parameters before publishing.
But now, I get contact tracking error on any ad that is duplicated and then changed. In both Meta and LinkedIn. To date the only solution I have is to just build every ad from scratch, which is a MAJOR thing for me in a large volume client account.
Anyone else having an issue? Or have you found a workaround?
Hubspot are not helpful and just say it is Meta's fault 😞 Nobody seems to be able to identify what is causing the issue, although I'm certain it is to do with a recent change Meta made to Advantage+ creative optimisation.

Unfortunately no solution as yet. I have found one work-around - I can manually create the tracking code and add it to those ads and that works. I got that workaround idea from your page on the issue when duplicating LinkedIn ads. It is just so time consuming to look up every ad ID and then manually make the tracking. Kind of defeats the purpose of having tracking built-in to Hubspot. Any duplicated ad has this problem, regardless of settings now, unlike before when it was only ads with PAC that triggered it.
