Contact's source not being displayed on Hubspot properly for Google ads

Hi, 

It has been some time now that HUbspot is unable to attirbute the right source to our contacts with many of them marked as Direct traffic which is not the case as we are running a lot of Google ads. In google ads we are using automated tracking. I was thinking of creating manually the tracking parameteres and adding the whole tracking url at the google ad's url as I believe that in this way Hubspot will at least show the First Page seen being that url. What do you think of this solution? have you experienced it? Have you found any other solution?
