We were analyzing the campaign panel and were left with some doubts seeing the results. After some time studying contacts and business, we were able to identify that the contacts that appear on the panel are contacts that had sales in the same month.
The question we are left with is: how do I do a more thorough analysis? How do I see a campaign launched in March, how many were converted in which months ?! how do I analyze campaign vs. sales cycle?
For us, the fact that we captured a lead and did not convert in the same month is not necessarily a bad thing. But if I can calculate this average, a campaign with a sales cycle of 2 months is still better than a campaign with a sales cycle of 5 months.
We got in touch with the support team, and it is really not possible to make this calculation today, so here we leave our observation.
