Audience website visitors all pages stay 0

Hi there,

I noticed that the audiences I create from website visitors with the Google Ads pixel stay 0 when I select people who visited 'all pages'. This isn't in just one account but all 3 accounts I checked. I set the time frame to 180 days but it isn't filling up. Any idea what's going wrong here? All help is appreciated!

Thanks,

Kyley

Hi Kyley,

I think it may be because the audience on your website is too small so HubSpot can't create a Lookalike audience or another type of audience based on the website visits.

Not sure if it's the case, but it can be.

I'm still discussing this issue with Google as HubSpot support told me
everything on their side was correct but HubSpot isn't receiving the
correct information from Google Ads.. Will keep you posted!

Hi Kyley, just wondering if you ever figured out what was happening? I seem to be experiencing a similar issue.

Hi! No, haven't figured it out yet. Had contact with HubSpot support and they told me all the settings in HubSpot are correct but that Google isn't sending the data back. So now I'm waiting for Google tech support (regular support didn't see what was going wrong)..

Hi Anton,

Thanks for your thoughs! We do have enough traffic as the same audience for Facebook is filling up. See below: Schermafbeelding 2023-07-28 om 08.27.34.png

@KyleyRoss  What filter are you using to pull this audience?

What do you mean by filter? The audiences aren't building.
