I run Google Ads campaigns with UTM parameters that lead to landing pages where users can click a button to call a phone number. Many users call directly instead of filling out a form. I want to automatically create a lead in HubSpot when someone calls — but since I don’t collect their phone number or form data, HubSpot doesn’t capture them as contacts.
Since you're missing contact data, the best solution is to integrate a call tracking platform that captures the caller's phone number and the originating GCLID and automatically sends that information to HubSpot.
I understand that you want to automatically create leads in HubSpot for users who call your phone number from Google Ads landing pages, but it doesn't capture their contact details without form submissions.
