Keeping your customers happy has always been important for businesses. Happy customers retain through harsher conditions, refer more people, and are generally more likely to spend more money with you in the future. At a time when new business is increasingly hard to generate for many, current customers are their lifeblood. 

 

How do you as an organization re-invest some of the calories you were spending on new business into your marketing, sales, and services departments? This week we’ll look at where you should be investing your time, and how you can prioritize your customers to keep them happy.
