I've configured a shared inbox in the conversations and customised the from address so that it should appear correct to users who receive replies when we are using hubspot. An email to verify was recived and clicked but when users receive email the from address appears as @bf.hubspot-inbox.com instead of the address as configured in the inbox settings customize from address field..
