send as email address incorrect

I've configured a shared inbox in the conversations and customised the from address so that it should appear correct to users who receive replies when we are using hubspot. An email to verify was recived and clicked but when users receive email the from address appears as @bf.hubspot-inbox.com instead of the address as configured in the inbox settings customize from address field.. 

 

Can you advise how this can be resolved..

I understand that people to whom you're sending emails to from the conversations inbox see a " @bf.hubspot-inbox.com" from address, is that correct? Could you share a screenshot here?

Can you confirm if you have an email sending domain connected to your account? It should solve this
