We set up a comprehensive never log blacklist last year but this week it's lost all entries except internal ones. We've put the external ones back as best as we can remember them but we're concerned to know why this happend and, more importantly, how to prevent it happening again.
Any thoughts/help/tips much appreciated.

I am working with the team regarding this matter and they have asked for some additional information:
1. Was this change portal wide or specific to your user?
2. If only for a user, can you please share the email address of the user this impacted?
3. Do you know around what date this occurred?

It was my boss who experienced this.. here's what he says.
AFAIK this is a portal wide thing as I'm an admin
I guess I set up the blacklist about 6mo ago
firstname.lastname@example.org is my email
Not sure when it dropped other than some time before I opened ticket
