not receiving email

Dear all

 

first of all, thanks in advance for your reply. this is much appreciated. 

 

I try to integrate my email in the inbox of hubspot. This worked, please see below picture. However, I can send emails to my private bo via hubspot and this works. However, when I try to receive emails i do not get those emails in my inbox of Hubspot. I know that the emails are received because via my webmail extension I can see that the emails have been received by my email address. As you proabaly already understood from the wording I use, I am not a computer expert but I know my way around. Who can help me please? thanks in advance! Hi @TB4 

 

Welcome to the Community!

 

With the HubSpot Sales email extension, you can automatically log emails sent from outside of HubSpot to the CRM. If you're not using the sales extension, you can use the HubSpot BCC address or forwarding address to manually log emails.

Thanks for your swift reply. 

My email Host is NOT gmail or Office 365. 

My email client is the mail app of my macbook. 

I am using a macbook. 

 

Based on the info in your link, does this mean that i am not able to receive emails via Hubspot?
