We connected our group mails to Hubspots to receive and response customer request to manage them with platform. Despite several tests incoming mails did't drop down Hubspots. Please check and advise
Could you specify which tool you're using? Did you connect a team email address as a conversations inbox under Menu > Conversations > Inbox? Or did you connect a marketing email domain under Settings > Website > Domains & URLs? Or are you referring to individually connected inboxes?
The more details the better. If you could share what exactly you set up and how you're testing this, that will help with answering your query.
