my colleague can't see the contacts I am the owner of, but I can see  his. what are the steps to follow so we see and are able to communicate with everyone's contacts?

Hi @RFrancisco4,

It sounds like your coworker cannot see contacts that are not by them. You would have to adjust their permissions to include record access beyond their own ownership: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/user-management/manage-user-permissions
