modify import dates in the contacts

Good morning ....when i import file with this format day,for example 12/1/2022 in crm see 01/12/22...you know how to massively change dates?

Hi @spino,

You can change the date format in the setttings (Account defaults > User defaults > Date and number format), see here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account/change-your-language-and-region-settings#customize-default-use...

This will only affect how dates are displayed in HubSpot.

If you're importing a file with a date property, use the Date format dropdown menu to confirm how the date values in your spreadsheet are actually formatted and read.

I tried to load the contacts but I don't get the choice on the date format you put above, it just loads them...

• a screenshot of the date column in your spreadsheet
• a screenshot of the step during the import process where you are asked to select the date format (date format dropdown)

Hi Kristen When i import the contacts its all right but a dates change format…my impostation is correct but the system transformer my date 13/1/22 to 1/13/22 anyway.thanks for the help

hi karstenkoehler i don't have it in the process...i try with a new excel file just with dates 

But when i import file change my impostations 

i modify my profile but nothing...

maybe i find the problem....if i change in excel data format in english hub spot import dates correct

I had a similar problem and I found that in Firmao dont exist this issue
