In terms of additional tips, the main challenges companies are typically facing are duplicate-related. If you're migrating using the Pipedrive integration, HubSpot is pretty unforgiving when it comes to duplicates. Make sure that your Pipedrive instance is cleaned up as much as possible before you migrate / sync. Insycle is a tool that can potentially help you here.
