Hello @mikros can you confirm if the Hub ID of the account you're using is 4906287? I can confirm that there are no contacts in this portal or in the recycle bin for this portal? It's very likely the original import was unsuccessful OR you were logged into / have access to another account.
I checked in with our technical support team and they confirmed there are no known issues with contact loss at this time.
