impossible modify mail adress of administrator account
Hello,
According to my call of your sales, it's possible to have a bug on my account ID 6023827, in fact I would like to change mail adress to login (yann.l----d@setralight.com by yann_@_lyteco.fr) but I have a error notification like a user have the same adress.
Please could you make something for me?

Hello @yann-insa, wanted to share this knowledge base here with more information on how to update your mail address. Could you please ensure these are the steps on your end?
Also, did you created previously a user with that email address that was removed? If so you cannot edit your email address to be the same as an existing HubSpot user. This includes users that do not have access to your HubSpot account unless the user has been permanently deleted.
