I am trying to move one of the last values from a 150+ dropdown list. But since only 100 per page, I am not able to move the value from second page to the first page.

I understand you want to move a property value higher up in the dropdown list and that would require moving it from page 2, to page 1. The second column of those values is an editable field called "Order". You can type in the preferred place/spot for that field and hit Enter and it will move for you! So you could enter a #5 in the #20 spot and #20 would get bumped to #5 and the other fields would move down one to make room.

A while ago, HubSpot luckily introduced the Order column which is freely editable. You don't need to try and drag and drop the option, you can simply specify the place in the list it should be moved to in the Order column:
