double emails

I helped troy get connected to my hubspot account, but now everytime he emails me () it somehow also goes to my other hubspot email

Hello @daviewilden 

 

Are you able to please ask the user if he can disconnect and reconnect his inbox again and see if this issue persists?

 

Also please ensure that in your accounts you have the correct email set up for forwarding emails as this article here explains.

 

I hope this helps, if not, could you please share what have you did, the more information, screenshots, and details you can provide, the better I can advise on the next steps.
