cannot use domain netmail.ws to create email for login ie:

nobody@netmail.ws, somebody@netmail.ws and so on.......called sales had no clue...

domain registered by godaddy....followed link from godaddy to hubspot.com not able to create login with netmail. ws also cleared browser etc...whats the issue .....any idears thanks inadvance....
