colleague unable to login

SOLVE

Dear HubSpot team,

I would like to report that my colleague Miles Chiu is unable to log into HubSpot. He is receiving the following message: ''We noticed something different about this login. We're just making sure it's you. We've sent a single-use code to your email address'', however, he is not receiving the code. He’s gone through the troubleshoot guide and enabled the domain. Are you able to assist with the matter and help us solve the situation?

The steps include help by the community managers if none of the previous troubleshooting has worked.
