If you haven’t set up a secondary authentication method and don’t have your backup codes, please follow the steps in this guide to reset your 2FA: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account-security/reset-your-two-factor-authentication

 

Once you’re logged in again, make sure to verify your account email and update your authentication settings to avoid future access issues: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account-security/set-up-two-factor-authentication-for-your-hubspot-log...
