cannot delete free CRM account

https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account/how-do-i-cancel-my-hubspot-account
and
https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account/delete-your-hubspot-user
I cannot delete (cancel) my new free CRM account or delete my user.

In both cases, I get the Delete dialog, but the Delete button itself is grayed out.

I am the only user on the account, and I am a superadmin.

Hello

Your HubID is only pre-displayed. You need to type it again and then the button will be active.
