Hi all, new-ish to Hubspot - hope I'm in the right group! We've lost some sale people over the past several months; we removed their permissions but they're still listed as users. Is there any reason not to delete them?

I am in account settings for the lead object. Under "pipeline rules," there is an option to "require a deal to be created" if the lead is qualified. This setting is currently toggled on, and I don't have the option to turn it off (it's greyed out). read more
