I am in account settings for the lead object. Under "pipeline rules," there is an option to "require a deal to be created" if the lead is qualified. This setting is currently toggled on, and I don't have the option to turn it off (it's greyed out). read more

You might want to check if the email domain is blocked or if there are filters preventing HubSpot emails from arriving.
