I hope your account got approved but if still the issue prevails I'll suggest you open a ticket with Hubspot to know the current status. And please don't forget to share the solution.

HubSpot uses automated systems to ensure that users are following the acceptable use policy and terms of service – most accounts are reviewed within 5-7 business days according to this FAQ post.
Unfortunately, the only thing that you can do is wait. (Don't shoot the messenger.)
