I created an account last week and it is still under review.  How do i get it out of review in order to use the free tools?

Hi @BGaskill,

 

With a free account, you can't submit a ticket, unfortunately. Support is limited to paid portals. Unfortunately, the only thing that you can do is wait.

I hope your account got approved but if still the issue prevails I'll suggest you open a ticket with Hubspot to know the current status. And please don't forget to share the solution.

Hi @BGaskill,

 

HubSpot uses automated systems to ensure that users are following the acceptable use policy and terms of service – most accounts are reviewed within 5-7 business days according to this FAQ post.

 

Unfortunately, the only thing that you can do is wait. (Don't shoot the messenger.)
