accidentally deleted account

SOLVE

OMG,I was trying to create an separate account within the main one we have been testing for the last 3 months, but the main account was deleted. we were about to go ahead.

Is there any way to recover our account please.?

I have no access at all. can someone help please?

Hello Pam,

I have the same dilemma, in that I was removing an account tied to my same xxx@gmail  account sign in, and upon deleting the unwanted account email I wiped out my ability to login with my email to my Hubspot account.

Hubspot user ID is xxx and the email login is xx@gmail.com,  since I deleted the email to the other account Tip Harrell Masonry it also deleted my email to Golf Guide Directory www.golfguidedirectory.com

I had to set up another account just to get here, so I am hoping you can restore my Golf Guide Directory data back to me.

 

Fingers Crossed and it looks like this has happened to other users in the past and they found a solution, I am hoping I'm going to get the same luck.

Hi @PamCotton . I have also done exactly the same thing and need to retrieve my contact data.

 

My hubspot account ID is: 7633308

Johs, its ok, now apparently in the process of deletion, I think, my super-admin acct. coud not login, but after a couple of minutes, I was able to.
