I have one question. Why, when I send the email, does the recipient see the company name, which is a different company name like we have in our account settings?
When you're sending a sales email, the sender appears the same way they would as if you sent a regular email from your inbox. The account settings do not affect this. Your email provider settings do, if I'm not mistaken.
If you're referring to marketing emails, then you can freely specify the from name in the marketing email editor settings.
In both cases, I'd recommend simply testing so that you're sure about the behaviour.
