Where did our contacts go?

We deactivated an agents account that is no longer with us (Tara Osterhout) changer her to "No Access". How do we move her contacts to another agent on the team?

Hi,

 

You can create a workflow that will start for everyone that has Tara Osterhout as an owner.

 

Then you will assign a new owner.

 

Start the workflow with enrolling everyone that already match the criteria.

 

You're done.

 

If you are not confident with workflow. In the sales mode, you can filter the contact that has Tara Osterhout as an owner, select all of them and create a bulk edit on the owner contact property.
