I just signed up my account on hotspot after doing some Settings I got this email, "We weren’t able to verify your identity based on the answers provided. Access to activities such as emails, forms, and website pages will remain blocked.
If you feel this decision was made in error, please reach out through community or support, if available"
please do support that I can't create forms and other tasks etc.
It looks like this account failed our Account verification process. Our Trust & Safety team manually reviews each submission and make a decision based on the answers given in the form you submitted and the information that is available to us about your business and domain.
Have you used your business domain when you registered the HubSpot account?
The account verification is based on the domain the account is registered with and it's best if the account domain and the domain you connect with the Hub match.
