We weren’t able to verify your identity

SOLVE

Hi Conmunity,

I just signed up my account on hotspot after doing some Settings I got this email, "We weren’t able to verify your identity based on the answers provided. Access to activities such as emails, forms, and website pages will remain blocked.

If you feel this decision was made in error, please reach out through community or support, if available"

 

please do support that I can't create forms and other tasks etc.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community!

It looks like this account failed our Account verification process. Our Trust & Safety team manually reviews each submission and make a decision based on the answers given in the form you submitted and the information that is available to us about your business and domain.

Have you used your business domain when you registered the HubSpot account?

The account verification is based on the domain the account is registered with and it's best if the account domain and the domain you connect with the Hub match.

While we cannot provide full transparency into our investigative steps or methodologies for security purposes, this account did not pass one of HubSpot's Account Verification processes due to historical activity.

 

After a final decision is made on the account, any impacted tools will remain locked as a necessary security precaution.
 

As a free user, if certain tools remained blocked after the account review, this decision is final, and unfortunately cannot be appealed further.

 You can still use most of the CRM tools and check out the content editors, you just won't be able to send out emails, use the calling tool, or publish content. 

Or you can also create a new free account with a different domain.
