Users losing sudden access

We have noticed that suddenly users have lost access to Hubspot to edit things. Although promised in all communication nothing would change, only half of my users now has a core seat. The rest has been put on view only.

 

Still trying to resolve this with our new customer succes manager. But so far no understanding our empathy.

 

We have a contract for 3 years and this is clearly a breach of it, since our current contract shows no user limit or user license agreement.  

 

This is a great way to lose your customers Hubspot! Bravo!

I can understand how this situation must be. To help resolve this, could you check if any specific permissions were changed or if there was a downgrade in user roles? It would also be helpful to get a specific example of what was lost (editing access, features, etc.). You can DM me by clicking on my profile> message.
