We have noticed that suddenly users have lost access to Hubspot to edit things. Although promised in all communication nothing would change, only half of my users now has a core seat. The rest has been put on view only.
Still trying to resolve this with our new customer succes manager. But so far no understanding our empathy.
We have a contract for 3 years and this is clearly a breach of it, since our current contract shows no user limit or user license agreement.
This is a great way to lose your customers Hubspot! Bravo!

I can understand how this situation must be. To help resolve this, could you check if any specific permissions were changed or if there was a downgrade in user roles?
