Username not available anymore

SOLVE

Hi,

 

I use Google to login to 3 different accounts, 3 days ago I got an errormessage that the usernem does not exist. Since then I am not able to login to my hubspoint accounts. In a supportchat I was asked to clear the browsercache (sic!) .

 

Can anyone help, I can't access my accoutns and data anymore.

If you click on "submit your information to the HubSpot support team through the form below" in the linked knowledge base article, the form will appear. It looks like this:

Hi @betapeter1,

 

Are you trying to log into your HubSpot account? If you are unable to log into your account, please follow the steps in this article. If you are still stuck after following those steps there is a form at the bottom where you can submit your information for assistance.
