User showing up as pending but they have setup their accounts

Dear Hubspot Community,

 

in our account we are currently experiencing that users still show up as "Pending" under Settings > Users & Teams > Users: "Last Active" (no activity shown)

 

However, they are already set up and even use our Hubspot Domain.

 

Any clue how we can get this updated or is it not supposed to give a live update?

Hi @SF19 ,

Would you please re-invite the users and ask them to accept the invitation, one you do this pending status will disappear.

Hi,

 

it seems that it is fixing the issue - however, wondering if there is a way to bulk sync all the users because this would mean we have dozens that we need to chase up for that one click...
