User showing up as pending but they have activated the link

I recently sent an invite to a colleague who set up their account but it's showing up as pending.

 

I should mention that i was playing around with some features and removed the account then re-invited them to join again

I'm also experiencing the same issue. There is nothing I can do right now with HubSpot because of that.
