User permission to access reports/dashboards but not contact/activity details
Hello,
We have a local sales office and we want to allow a regional manager to have access to reports / dashboards, but due to customer data privacy, we want to hide individual contact names, and individual activity information (e.g. notes from meetings). The high level numbers (number of meetings, calls, emails, deals, etc) should all still be visible on a per salesperson basis. Is there a way of achieving this?
I tried to limit contact viewing to 'owned only' but on the dashboards the client names and meeting information still show up when you click through. Any thoughts?
