User not receiving login code emails.
SOLVE
I manage an account for a client under xx. I am unable to log in to this account because I'm not getting the login code emails. I have verified that everything is working correctly with the user's email account and inbox and I have completed all of the steps recommended by support (allowlisting the HubSpot system emails and IPs). I have also checked junk and quarantine and the emails are not there. I asked support on Friday if the email had been bounced, and they say it hasn't.
