User not receiving login code emails.

I manage an account for a client under xx. I am unable to log in to this account because I'm not getting the login code emails. I have verified that everything is working correctly with the user's email account and inbox and I have completed all of the steps recommended by support (allowlisting the HubSpot system emails and IPs). I have also checked junk and quarantine and the emails are not there. I asked support on Friday if the email had been bounced, and they say it hasn't.

Hello, I have multiple users who are experiencing this same problem.  They never receive the login code.  

My email is xx.  One of the users who is having trouble is xx.  Please help.
