Hi, I wanted to set up a couple of users on my free hubspot account. I tried to select the unlimited seats option but only core was available and labelled as trial. I completed the configuration of each users account and saw no notice of any time limitation or charges or changes in user permissions after a period. Are there any limitations or charges I need to be aware of or do these trial accounts come without restrictions.
The standard trial period for Core or any paid feature on a free HubSpot account is 14 days from the day of trial begins. After the trial period ends any premium features included in the core seat trial will expire unless you choose to upgrade. Your users will still remain active, but their permissions will revert to the features available on free plan.
You will see no time limitation or billing notices during the trial, and user permissions will just revert as the period ends, There's no charges during this trial.
You can always review or manage your trails by clicking on your account name in the top right corner > Pricing and Features for your free account.
