User Email Address Needs to Change

We have changed the email addresses for our company to a new domain. If I have each user change their email address, what happens to the deals, contacts, companies they own? As an example current user is and now the new email is - Lisa's login credentials would need to change. If she makes this change how does this affect all contacts, companies and deals she currently has in HubSpot?

Hey @lisat2m,


You could do one of a few things here:


- Export out your deals, contacts, and companies, swap the owner email address in that export then reimport them with the new "Owner" email address.  (use this if you don't have automation)


- Create workflows that swap the Deal Owner, Company Owner, and Contact Owner to their new email addresses.
