Use an alias to record bcc emails

SOLVE

Hi, the BCC address works great when sending an email fro the main email account on my hubspot.
I also have an alias configured, but when I bcc the hubspot address when sending email with the alias, nothing happens. Is there a way to fix this?

@PProchno out if these three, which did you choose? Have you tried one of the others?

 

 

In any case, if you're certain and have double checked all requirements and it's not working, you are apparently experiencing buggy behaviour and I'd recommend reaching out to HubSpot support in-app.

Hi @PProchno,

 

You would have to make sure that for this alias the requirements are also met, as outlined here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/connected-email/log-email-in-your-crm-with-the-bcc-or-forwarding-addre...

 

There are some specifics for aliases, alternatively connect it as an additional personal address or add an additional user for it.
