Upgrade or technical issue: Pipeline and Products are locked with a padlock

Hello!

In my free plan I noticed that when I go to the section: SALES/DEALS and then I press "create deal"

The fields "pipeline" and "products" are locked with a padlock

I had a chat with an hubspot representative that suggested to clean the cash and then to ask here...

Is it a techincal issue or I need to upgrade my plan in order to unlock these sessions?

Welcome to the Community! Thank you for posting your question and sharing what you have done so far.

 

At the moment only Sales Hub StarterProfessional or Enterprise accounts can create multiple pipelines.

Our free CRM have one pipeline avalible in deals.

About products, this would be a feature that currently applies for Sales Hub  Professional, Enterprise
