Update your DNS records - Records not Found

I had updated the DNS correctly and coordinated with domain provider support and they said records are correctly updated but on hubspot it was written records are not found. After 48 hours now I deleted the previous record with sub-domain, now I'm directly connecting my domain but I'm getting what does @ means in the field name?

How Can I update this in my domain provider side? Hubspot.jpg

Hi, @usmank ,

some providers do allow the @ in the host name field. Have you tried using that? Also, which provider are you with?

Thanks,

Eli

I tried but it was showing field name missing.

Could you try instead of the @ sign to add your domain name? BTW, if that doesn't work, it might be easier for you to book a call with me using the link in my signature. This way, you can share your screen and we can troubleshoot together.

Thanks,

Eli
