Hi Jenny and Frank!
Is there anything going on in the back end (updates, fixes, changes, etc) affecting the way the CRM is operating? Too many odd things this week.
- very slow to update properties
- change in search for radio select properties
- show refresh
-issues with updating filtered list name from clone
-issue with using shift key on keyboard in multiple browsers
Did I miss anything?

There haven't been any changes that should be causing the slowness you are describing.
With that said, you can always check status.hubspot.com for real time updates.
Good starting points for troubleshooting any issues you encounter are:
1. Clear your cache and cookies
2. Test the behavior across multiple browsers
3. Test the behavior in an incognito window
4. Test the behavior across different Internet connections
Establishing this information will let us know where the issue is occurring, whether it be specific to a browser or Internet connection, or whether it is more wide spread.
Additionally, if you interested in finding out if an issue is specific to one portal or is something that is happening across multiple portals, you can create a portal for testing to gut check the things that seem to be acting strangely or wrong to see if you have a different outcome in two portals. (If you can reproduce strange behaviors across multiple portals, communicating this with the Support team (either through the Community or technical Support) is a great starting point!).
