Unauthorised use of credit card

An account has illegally been using my credit card to pay for a HubSpot subscription for over 1 year.

I do not have access to the account so I cannot cancel the subscription. 

 

My credit card also cannot cancel future payments. 

I've sent emails to hubspot support but have received nothing. Please advise what to do.

@OHan I'm sorry you've had to deal with the frustration and inconvenience that comes with having your credit card information stolen/misused.

 

If the credit card company won't stop future payments, the only alternative I can think of would be to cancel the credit card completely and file a fraud claim to recoup the previously payments.

 

I'm not sure how HubSpot would be able to help, I can't imagine there's a way for them to isolate the account that is charging your card since credit card payment information is encrypted within the billing settings.
