Unable to receive login verification email

Hi, one of my users is unable to receive the login verification email with the code. Appreciate any help.

You don't need to send a verification email for someone to log in with an account. Once the account has been created they can proceed to signing in or creating an account with Hubspot and they will see your hub when they log in. Also, because your post is showing as a free account the only support available to you is the free community forums here and we are users of hubspot like yourself and not hubspot support employees so when requesting help you should refrain from posting any sensitive or personal information.
