Unable to login

Trying to open new account, gets set up, and can only login from iOS, not from Mac. Have tried clearing cache etc.  just gets bouncing balls.

Hi @Aaaaaaaaaaaaa,

What browsers have you tried logging into on your mac? Safari, Chrome, firefox? If you can confirm the loading issue is happening across multiple browsers, that will be the best starting point. Also, if the issue is related to loading, can you try logging in on different wifi networks? 

I know they are basic first steps, but it will help to isolate where the issue is coming from.
